I am excited at the prospect of one day....a few years down the road of course (after marriage, college, ect.) of becoming a Mom. Today during chorus Mrs. Clahoun came to play as our pianist/accompanist, she usually comes every tuesday and today she brought her dear little son Micah. He is about 1 1/2 yrs. old and has been visiting us since he was a few months old. I was put in charge of holding him a long time ago when he came for his 1st time to visit our group. That privilege came again today, although I got to play today and not just hold him. (He can move! It's a miracle!) As we sang I got to entertain the cutie-pie. He crawled around and I pretended to chase him while he giggled. Babies crawl SOOO fast, it's remarkable! This little boy stole the affections of my heart for an entire 45 minutes and I loved every moment of it!
*sigh* Someday...way down the road (don't worry dad) I will be blessed with the children God has planned for me and for now I can say(I can, wait...) but, " I can't wait!" It will certainly be an adventure!
For my readers: Do you think I'll make a good Mom someday?

Pfft. Is that a dumb question or what?
You'll be a great mom when the time comes! And I laugh when I think of how you'll be. You'll be super protective of your first kid...not letting it get dirty in the least...but then, a couple of kids later (assuming you're having more than 1) you'll be like "Okay, whatever, it fell on the floor, I'll just blow it off and then they can eat it."
I was the protected one in my family. My mom wouldn't let me playin the sandbox at my grandparents because of the chance that their cat used it as a litter box. But when the 4th kid, Ethan, rolled around, she didn't really care what he was eating, provided it didn't make him sick or made him choke.
This almost always happens. I guarantee it.
Christy you were the baby that had that affect on me! When I first met you, I knew someday I wanted to be a mom! I was like 15 or so... from that time on when people would ask what I wanted to do with my life I would respond "I want to be a great mom"... I love being a mom... it's been the best years of my life... As for your question... DUHHHHH... you'll DEFINTELY without a doubt be one of the best mom's ever! love ya Christy!
Chipmunkcheeks,
I think you would make a wonderful Mother, (Much later on in life). I like the idea of Grandchildren, But much later on in life. I also perfer the idea of marriage, Also after you finish college and see what God has planned for you. I Love You Always. Daddy
Thanks guys! :)
haha and Dad, you and Mom will be grandparents when the time is right...I will not be having kids until I'm done college...might get married...I'll wait and see what God's plan is for that...but don't worry, it'll be a little while!
